For a 37 minute typical commute, one hour and 24 minutes is unacceptable. Single tracking due to a broken train on the metro during rush hour, caused a me to have a 22 minute ride to go TWO METRO STOPS. Zowie, missed the bus. :-(
Some folks just earn their bad luck.
